Schultz Law, LLP is a small, downtown boutique Boston law firm comprised of two Yale Law School graduates, Stephen Schultz and Hilary Schultz. Attorneys Schultzs’ clients have included Harvard University, Fortune 100 companies, the State Treasurer, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ Deferred Compensation Plan, state agencies and towns and numerous small businesses. However, the firm specializes in representing individuals and groups of individuals in frequently complex litigation taking on companies represented by the City’s largest law firms.
In recent years, Attorneys Schultz have won two of the largest plaintiff’s judgments in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, winning over $6 million in tax rebates for its clients and approximately $250 million in rebates for all taxpayers in one case and winning over $2 million for more than 40 unit owners in a condominium construction dispute and winning close to one million dollars for a trade association. In the past five years alone, they have obtained multi-million dollar settlements for frozen-out partners and shareholders in three different matters.
We only take on a limited caseload so we can devote our full attention to all of our clients. We only take cases we believe we can win. We only represent clients we believe have been legally wronged. We don’t litigate for the sake of litigating.
Whether you are a minority shareholder or limited partner subject to a freeze-out, a whistleblower, a senior executive trapped in a non-compete clause or needing to negotiate a severance agreement, the victim of an investment fraud, or a construction company or other business which has not been paid for your work, or are simply tired of paying endless legal fees for limited results with little contact with your current attorney, Schultz Law, LLP will provide you the personal attention and high quality legal work you deserve.
